What is a Host Home?

For More Information on becoming a Host Home, 
Contact:

  • A Host Home is a temporary short-term housing option for a teen at risk of, or experiencing homelessness 

  • The host home provides a safe and welcoming space where a young person has the support needed to reunify with their family or identify other housing options
